A maize free, oat based muesli / cube feed for horses in competition that require a calmer performance. Oats has traditionally been known as the preferred cereal grain for horses because it contains the lowest starch and highest fibre of all cereals and is therefore one of the safest energy sources used in horse feed.

INGREDIENT STATEMENT:
Oats, barley, wheaten bran, hominy chop, lucerne, soyabean oil cake, full fat soya, vegetable oil, liquid sugar cane molasses.
Salt, feed lime, mono-calcium phosphate, Vitamins A, D, E, K, B1, B2, B12, folic acid, miacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, choline, magnesium, manganese, iron, zink, copper, cobalt, iodine, selenium, organic selenium, potassium, lysine, methionine, mould inhibitor and anti-oxidant.
FEEDING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Feed ponies 2 – 4 kg and Horses 4 – 8 kg daily according to body weight, condition, metabolism, work intensity and forage quality. Feed concentrated feed with good quality hay and/or pastures. Hay should be fed at a minimum of 1 – 2% of body mass.
Introduce any new concentrated feed gradually over a period of 10 – 14 days. When reducing the work intensity or resting the pony or horse, concentrated feed should be reduced accordingly. During periods of heavy sweating it is recommended to feed additional electrolytes.
