This fully balanced feed is specifically formulated for broodmares during pregnancy and lactation and is also suitable for stallions, weanlings and growing young stock. When feeding young stock it is important to monitor growth rates and feed intake so that a smooth growth curve is achieved. This will ensure good bone density and strength.

INGREDIENT STATEMENT:
Oats, maize, wheaten bran, hominy chop, lucerne, soyabean oil cake, full fat soya, liquid sugar cane molasses.
Salt, feedlime, mono-calcium phosphate, Vitamins A, D, E, K, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, choline, magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc, copper, cobalt, iodine, selenium, organic selenium, potassium, lysine, methionine, mould inhibitor and anti-oxidant.
FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS:
Feed dry mares 2 – 3kg, Pregnant mares 3 – 4kg, Lactating mares 6 – 8 kg, Yearlings 4 – 6kg, Weanlings 3 – 4kg, Stallions during breeding season 6 – 8kg daily according to body weight, condition, metabolism, reproductive stage, growth rate and forage quality.
Feed concentrated feed with ad lib good quality hay and/or pastures.
Hay should be fed at a minimum of 1.- 2.5% of body mass. Introduce new concentrated feed gradually over a period of 10 – 14 days.
